Yay!!

I have had a horrible week-end of eating too much! But I am trying, lol. I have got my 12000+ steps in every single day, but damn, I cannot our-jog my damn diet.

I am proud of you!!!!! You did both to get there.

Tracking calories using the Lose It app, drinking more water and staying active.
I try to find ways to cut calories on things I like to eat and after awhile, less fills me up. I also look up the menu calories before going to a restaurant. You will be surprised to learn sometimes the salads have more calories than other items.
My new favorite bread.

It is all about baby steps. I was drinking a lot of my calories. Just reducing that did a lot.

Exercising does make you hungrier LoL.
Things I learn: Hiking burns more calories than walking. Power yoga burns twice as much calories as regular yoga. Find ways to "tweak" your favorite meals to have less calories.

Awesome! I'm currently trying to lose some weight myself. I'm doing the same, but also taking supplements and (struggling with) intermittent fasting.

I have never seen that bread before but now i'm going to look for it!!
