I have had a horrible week-end of eating too much! But I am trying, lol. I have got my 12000+ steps in every single day, but damn, I cannot our-jog my damn diet.
I am proud of you!!!!! You did both to get there.

Tracking calories using the Lose It app, drinking more water and staying active.
I try to find ways to cut calories on things I like to eat and after awhile, less fills me up. I also look up the menu calories before going to a restaurant. You will be surprised to learn sometimes the salads have more calories than other items.
My new favorite bread.

Exercising does make you hungrier LoL.
Things I learn: Hiking burns more calories than walking. Power yoga burns twice as much calories as regular yoga. Find ways to "tweak" your favorite meals to have less calories.
