Biden and Obama were and are friends.
There’s no truth to the suggestion that he wanted Hillary as his VP in 2012.

Okay so he actually posted Barack/ Joe friendship bracelets from 2016's get out and vote campaign. Sounds like he's trying to have a touching moment and maybe get support for 2020. It just didn't work.

It said “successor” as in who would he wanted to be president after him not his VP.
