Do you disturb a quiet baby?

Definitely leave him. It's a great skill to learn, being happy when by yourself. My son enjoyed spending time in his crib alone and I let him. No use in hovering.

Do they ever take care of both kids by themselves? I guess if you always have help, you don't realize what a great thing a baby who can entertain themselves is.

I'd leave him until he was crying or fussing.

I would leave him be. But probably after 15-20 min if he is still in there and I’m not doing anything I would probably go get him.

Daycare kids I go and get them immediately, my own kids I leave until they start to fuss.

That’s it. Neither one has ever been alone with both kids as far as I can tell.
