Pink Fizz
A pretty-in-pink Mother's Day cocktail to make any mom feel tickled pink.
Ingredients:

3 tsp. simple syrup
12 fresh mint leaves
3 ounces fresh lime juice
Crushed ice
8 ounces vodka
Cranberry juice

Champagne or sparkling wine
Muddle syrup, mint and lime together in a shaker. Add ice, vodka, 1/8 cup cranberry juice and shake well. Pour mixture into four champagne glasses, evenly and top off with champagne or wine. Garnish with mint.

Of all the Mother's Day cocktail recipes, this one packs the most punch, but is a great addition to any celebratory brunch.

ngredients:

2 ounces Gin
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounce Campari
2 spoons orange marmalade or jam
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Strain over your cocktail glass and serve chilled with a lemon wedge as garnish

Peach Apricot Bellini:
A Mother's Day recipe for the girl's-girl mom, this pretty pale drink tastes good all day around.

Ingredients:

1 cup peaches sliced, peeled and pureed
1/4 cup apricots, sliced, peeled and pureed
Champagne
Pour both purees into glasses and slowly add Champagne. Garnish with peach slice.
