"Yelton also previously testified at a N.C. General Assembly committee in 2013 that changing state election laws could help Republicans win elections by disenfranchising some Democratic Party “special voting blocks” and that was “that reason for the photo ID” requirement."

But I'm still the winner! They lied! They cheated! They stole the election!

Ok, so you can’t answer my question.
The video addresses your question of which citizens are incapable of obtaining an ID, why they are incapable of obtaining said ID and the laws and regulations that have been implemented to make it even harder for them to obtain said ID. Are you incapable of educating yourself by watching a short video?
It’s OK that you can’t answer. Happens.
It would appear that neither can you. Not surprising that you choose not to watch the video and ignore it's contents. It is easier for you to bury your head in the sand and ignore it than it is to admit you are wrong.

Seems she did answer it. Now I’d imagine the people that have the same problem obtaining an ID will have the same issues with the vaccine card. Basically transportation, ignorance, language barriers and in this case, lack of available vaccines to low income areas. And here’s my question. I didn’t get the vaccine from my physician. I went to a mass vaccination at our fairgrounds for health care workers. So I have to ask if I was to lose my vaccination card what do I do, hope the DOH kept track of my name? I certainly hope so. And furthermore since it is just a card what’s to stop me from uploading it to pdfiller and letting my good friend Billie Sue put her name on it? Idk but it seems to me the voters registration is more organized than the vaccination card. Because unless they’re putting this into some kind of state database airlines can access this card is useless. A voter’s card is different. With that they’re comparing signature in a state database and the number of times you voted.

Rand Paul says is the worst kind of flake and has no business holding a medical license. He doesn't know what he is talking about no matter the subject.

As far as losing your vaccine card it is undoubtedly available on your state's website. I also made a copy of the card. When I got ,my second shot the nurse put the state vaccine certificate on my smartphone for me.

Do you need help further understanding the concept behind why other countries and nations in the world are eligible to set their guidelines for travel into their countries? Furthermore requiring certain vaccinations before entering foreign countries is not a NEW concept and vaccination cards or records have been needed in conjunction with a passport to travel into certain countries for decades. Would you like me to get into the specifics of why voter Id laws in the US are racist as well or are you done trying to compare apples to polka dots?
He’s not referring to existing travel guidelines.
Yes, please expand on why requiring proof of citizenship in order to vote in a U.S. election is racist. Which citizens are incapable of acquiring identification?
You do show proof of citizenship when you register to vote. That is the process. Once you are registered your signature is needed to vote at the polls and matched to verify identity.

So it's racist to have to show ID to open a bank account, to go to a club, casino, almost anything to do with an airport, rent a hotel room or a car, etc. I wonder why there hasn't been tons of complaints on showing ID for those things. Oh wait, I know.
