I am so thankful I was not raised to think eating live maggots is the polite thing to do.
I'm thankful that I was raised to have an open mind and not just dismiss trying something new simply because it's what I'm not used to.

I am open minded about trying new things. I draw the line at eating maggots.

You would eat crawling maggots if someone served it for dinner?
Mannnnnn, you are really F***ing weird
No weirder than you are. There are things you eat that I guarantee someone in the world would find very weird and gross. I've eaten insects and larvae before because I have relatives in places where that is considered very normal, no more strange than you eating a chicken finger.

I just watched the video. I'll still pass on the cheese. The maggots are ALIVE.

Why is it illegal? What happens if it gets to the U.S. does it get a warrant out for its arrest?

I looked it up. Besides being full of live fly maggots, much of the cheese is actually bug poop. It's been illegal for a long time because of health concerns.
