An investigation has found nooses in cells of US immigrations detention centres with staff serving spoiled food and wrongly putting people in isolation.

Homeland security inspectors visited four Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) centres and described “egregious violations” of standards at two of them including inadequate medical care.

I'd rather have unwanted weight gain than criminal aliens. But there is this whole innocent until proven guilty thing along with this no cruel and unusual punishment that I believe is constitutional. If an investigation needs to be done and changes made so be it.

Really. This is about spoiled food at a detain center. Are you implying we should treat suspected criminal aliens inhumanely? Or not consider they're innocent until proven guilty? I don't understand what you're saying.
