What are some other meals from restaurants you try to re create?
I made Shrimp Pad Thai, Taco salad bowls, Salmon Teriyaki and a Salmon pasta dish. There's more, but I can't remember now. There's others I look forward to trying too. I'll have to try to find the notes I took that are probably still in the bottom of my purse....lol..

Those all sound really tasty! Bet it is fun for you as well ;)
It's very satisfying to be able to make dishes I liked out at restaurants. It is fun!!! :)

Yes I do. I still even meal plan.

After my DD left in August, I got away from planning but found myself with having to run out to get things for dinner or lunches. Back to planning - I even plan what night will be leftovers and what leftovers can be earmarked for lunches. If I don’t my DH will take stuff I planned to use later.
