I'm sure it'll be delish. I'm surprised there isn't a cauliflower 'crust' in the recipe.

Love quiche, but usually make one with some type of vegetable to offset the rich custard: broccoli, spinach, chard, leeks or even kale. I pre-cook the vegetables and layer with shredded cheese some carmelized onions, then pour over the custard.

Let us know how your's turns out. I've never seen melted butter or cream cheese used - just eggs, milk and cream.
