I love quiche and it is pretty easy to make! The biggest thing is to make sure it is set.
I would add a ton of herbs and a veggie to that recipe.
I also like mine with bacon or ham, onion and mushroom. And spinach if I have some.

I think I'll make a quiche for dinner tomorrow. Super easy and yummy. Thanks for the inspiration. Try adding veggies, onion, and/or some kind of meat to yours next time. Quiches are fun to experiment with and customize.

Last one I made had spinach, gruyere, and ham. Yum!
